Our Story — from family craft to modern design–build
In the 1990s, our founder at KSC Engineers & Constructions earned trust the old-fashioned way, craftsmanship, clear budgets, and projects finished right. In 2022 we created enigma° to evolve that legacy: decisions are now made in photoreal 3D & VR, coordinated through BIM and BOQs, and built by one accountable team in Sri Lanka, ending with a secure digital handover.
- 1994–2021: KSC delivers residential & light-commercial builds, word-of-mouth growth.
- 2022: enigma° launches; visualization-first model adopted.
- 2023–today: VR walkthroughs, BIM coordination, and design–build projects across Colombo + suburbs.

Our workflow is simple and accountable: Visualize (photoreal 3D & VR), Coordinate (BIM, drawings, BOQs), and Build (supervised construction & fit-out). Each step is traceable, so quantities, costs, and schedules are aligned. At completion, you receive a digital handover with drawings, models, warranties, and O&M files—organized for long-term use.
