About Project

Our client wanted to refresh their existing kitchen and introduce a new pantry, so we produced a detailed 3D visualization to help them envision the transformation before construction began. The galley-style layout uses high-gloss white cabinetry and integrated appliances to create a clean, modern look. A refreshing green backsplash and accent wall bring life and color to the space, while warm wooden doors add a natural touch. Greenery is used sparingly to soften the surfaces and introduce biophilic elements. Research shows that natural elements like plants, sunlight and natural materials can reduce stress and improve mood. By combining sleek finishes with natural textures and colors, the design balances contemporary functionality with a calm, inviting atmosphere.

Ideation and Result

During the ideation phase we explored how to make a narrow kitchen feel bright and spacious without sacrificing storage or functionality. We opted for a galley configuration with opposing runs of cabinetry to maximize work surfaces and storage. To create a tranquil ambience, we introduced a soft green palette accented by white and wood. Green is often perceived as restful and harmonious and can help reduce eye fatigue . We integrated potted plants and natural wood textures, aligning with biophilic design principles that incorporate plants, natural light and materials like wood to foster relaxation. The final renderings show a light-filled, organized kitchen with modern appliances tucked neatly into custom cabinetry, a new pantry for dedicated storage, and a soothing color palette. Warm wood tones provide contrast and a sense of authenticity, while the green backsplash and indoor plants enliven the space. The result is a stylish yet practical kitchen that feels open and calming, an inviting space that marries functionality with the health-boosting benefits of biophilic design.
